How far in advance do I need to book catering?

For small parties (15-40 guests), a 48-hour notice is sufficient. For major corporate bookings or traditional wedding banquets, we require at least 7 days' notice to hand-grind custom spice batches.

Are your food products Halal-certified?

All our poultry, mutton, and beef products are sourced exclusively from federally inspected, Halal-certified suppliers. We maintain separate cooking prep lines for all vegetarian options.

Can you accommodate gluten and nut allergies?

Our Jaffna Curry Powder is roasted by hand, combining raw coriander, roasted cumin, black peppercorns, dried red chilies, fennel seeds, and toasted rice. We do not use commercial shortcuts. This is why our mutton curries exhibit their trademark dark hue, and complex woodsy taste profiles.

Every weekend, our wood-fire clay-pot recipes bring back home traditions. We smoke crabs, shrimp, and goat slowly, creating deep, reduction sauces that are nearly impossible to find outside of Sri Lanka's Northern Province.
